Merry Christmas

My first card for christmas challenges, The card must be made with two colors, white and bleu. And you must add snowflakes on your card. My snowflakes are already on the paper. For the rest you had to follow the sketch.
Because the paper that I used already got your attention, I didn't had to use much embellisments.

Mijn eerste kaart voor de christmas challenges. Een leuke site met alleen maar kerstkaarten.
Het was deze keer de bedoeling om alleen de kleuren blauw en wit te gebruiken en ook sneeuwvlokken.
Daarnaast moet de kaart voldoen aan de opgegeven schets.
Mijn sneeuwvlokken zitten verwerkt in het papier. Omdat het papier al veel aandacht opeist, vond ik het niet nodig om veel embellisments te gebruiken.

Freebie from Canary Blog

 I created this card with the free digi from the Canary blog. For the challenge you had use the digi and color it in Dutch costume.
I used the main colors: red, white and bleu, the colors of out flag.
On the left side three flowers and two beads that are typical dutch.

Deze kaart heb ik gemaakt met de gratis digi van het Canary blog. Voor de wedstrijd moet je de digi inkleuren en het meisje Nederlandse klederdracht geven.
De hoofdkleuren die ik heb gebruikt zijn rood wit en blauw.
Aan de linkerzijde heb ik drie bloemen geplaatst en een lintje met twee typisch Nederlandse kralen eraan.

First Christmas card

My first Christmas card for this year. I enter this card in the August Challenge from Scrap it Girl. The only rule is to use a number. My number is in the stamp that I used.
The golden embossing image is the centre of the card. I finished it of whit flowers, ribbon and some snowflakes.

Mijn eerste kerstkaartje voor dit jaar. Deze kaart doet mee in de August challenge van Scrap it Girl. De enige regel is dat je een nummer moet gebruiken, mijn nummer zit in de stempel die ik heb gebruikt.
Het gouden plaatje met embossing vormt het centrum van de kaart. Deze heb ik afgemaakt met bloemen, een plaatje, sneeuwvlokken en lint.

Een leuke wedstrijd van Bo Bunny, maak een kaart met het chevron patroon. Er staan leuke voorbeelden op hun blog.
En dit is mijn kaart voor de Bo Bunny wedstrijd.

Verloofd/Engaged

During our vacation at Texel we got engaged. At home we bought a cake to tell my parents. A great moment for a picture!

This layout is based on the sketch from my creative sketches. A great challenge, like every month.
The background is simple. Two large pieces of paper for the back, three red pieces to put behind the photo. The picture is black and white, except for the cake, so it pops out.
In the left corner is a little journal:
Davy asked me to marry him during sunset on Texel.

Tijdens onze vakantie op Texel zijn we verloofd. Thuis hebben we een taart gekocht om dit met mijn ouders te delen. Dit was natuurlijk een geweldig moment voor een foto!

Deze layout is gebaseerd op de schets van my creative sketches. Een leuke wedstrijd, zoals elke maand.
De achtergrond is simpel, twee grote vellen met daarop 3 kleine rode stukken papier. Deze steken achter de foto uit.
De foto is zwart/wit, behalve de taart, zodat deze er extra uitspringt.
En in de linkerhoek is nog een kleine journal verwerkt.

Dreaming about you

This picture is taken during our holiday at Texel. The nature and silence is amazing. The best time for dreaming away.

The theme for the berry71bleu challenge is wings. So you are able to do anything you like, just use wings.
I used wings on two places. The elf at the left side and the butterfly on the right side.
A calm layout with natural tints and elements

Deze foto is genomen tijdens onze vakantie op Texel. De natuur en de stilte is daar heerlijk, vooral om weg te dromen en gewoon te genieten.

Het thema voor de berry71bleu wedstrijd is vleugels. Je kunt dus bijna alles doen wat je leuk vind. Zolang er maar vleugels worden gebruikt. Ik heb deze op twee plaatsen toegepast. Links een elfje en rechts een vlinder.
De layout is verder rustig en bestaat uit natuurlijke tinten en elementen.
